Comprehensive Plans and Housing Plans
As part of Comprehensive Plan project teams, I have completed existing conditions analyses and facilitated discussions at public and stakeholder meetings for Massachusetts towns. I also wrote Housing Production Plans for three municipalities. They include demographic and housing profiles drawn from Census and assessor's data, information gathered from meetings with local representatives, and tailored goals and strategies for meeting the town's housing needs. The following pages are excerpted from the Carver Housing Production Plan, which I also converted into the Housing element of the town's Comprehensive Plan.
