Rochester Village Center

The Town of Rochester asked SRPEDD to portray potential village-style development that could occur under its proposed Village Center zoning bylaw. To do so, I first researched example buildings that fit the desired style. I designed a site plan using these existing buildings that conformed to the bylaw, calculating density and parking using Excel. Finally, I used SketchUp and PhotoShop to create a photovisualization of the sample project as seen from the street.
